2. Dati trattati e finalità
Durante la normale visita il server di hosting può generare dati tecnici e di sicurezza, come indirizzo IP, data e ora della richiesta, pagina richiesta, informazioni sul browser e dati tecnici analoghi. Sono utilizzati per erogare il sito, garantirne sicurezza e stabilità e diagnosticare problemi tecnici.
Se utilizzi il modulo di contatto, vengono trattati i dati che inserisci: nome, email, telefono se fornito, tipo di richiesta e messaggio. Questi dati sono utilizzati esclusivamente per ricevere, valutare e rispondere alla tua richiesta e per l'eventuale seguito tecnico o commerciale da te richiesto.
3. Modulo Web3Forms e trasferimento all'estero
Il modulo utilizza Web3Forms, servizio esterno che agisce come responsabile del trattamento per le submission e inoltra i dati all'indirizzo email MDS. Web3Forms dichiara di operare dall'India e di utilizzare infrastrutture e sub-responsabili tra cui Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare e Hetzner, con possibili trattamenti in più regioni. Dichiara inoltre che, per trasferimenti dalla Svizzera, utilizza garanzie appropriate incluse clausole contrattuali standard. Per il modulo MDS è configurato in Web3Forms un periodo di conservazione di 30 giorni per le submission; trascorso tale periodo, Web3Forms le elimina secondo la policy configurata. I controlli antispam del servizio possono inoltre trasmettere indirizzo IP ed email a servizi come CleanTalk o Akismet. 4. Conservazione
MDS conserva i messaggi e la corrispondenza per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta, il relativo seguito e gli eventuali obblighi legali. Per le submission del modulo MDS, Web3Forms è configurato con una retention di 30 giorni. La corrispondenza ricevuta da MDS via email può essere conservata separatamente per il tempo necessario a gestire la richiesta, il relativo seguito e gli eventuali obblighi legali.
5. Cookie, memoria locale e tracciamento
Alla versione 3.0 il sito non integra Google Analytics, Meta Pixel o altri strumenti di profilazione pubblicitaria. Il browser può utilizzare memoria locale per ricordare la scelta privacy/cookie e, solo se accetti le preferenze, la lingua selezionata. 6. Comunicazione a terzi
I dati sono comunicati solo ai fornitori tecnici necessari al funzionamento del sito e alla gestione delle richieste, in particolare il provider di hosting Infomaniak e Web3Forms con i relativi sub-responsabili descritti sopra. Non vengono venduti per finalità pubblicitarie da MDS.
7. Diritti
Puoi chiedere informazioni sui dati che ti riguardano e, nei limiti previsti dalla legge applicabile, richiederne rettifica, cancellazione, consegna o opporti a determinati trattamenti. Le richieste possono essere inviate all'indirizzo email indicato sopra.

2. Verarbeitete Daten und Zwecke
Beim normalen Besuch kann der Hosting-Server technische und sicherheitsrelevante Daten wie IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Seite, Browserinformationen und ähnliche technische Angaben protokollieren. Diese Daten dienen der Bereitstellung, Sicherheit, Stabilität und technischen Fehleranalyse.
Bei Nutzung des Kontaktformulars werden die eingegebenen Daten verarbeitet: Name, E-Mail, optional Telefonnummer, Art der Anfrage und Nachricht. Sie werden verwendet, um die Anfrage zu empfangen, zu beurteilen, zu beantworten und den von dir gewünschten technischen oder geschäftlichen Kontakt weiterzuführen.
3. Web3Forms und Übermittlung ins Ausland
Das Formular verwendet Web3Forms als Auftragsverarbeiter für Formulareinsendungen. Web3Forms gibt an, von Indien aus tätig zu sein und Infrastruktur bzw. Unterauftragsverarbeiter wie Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare und Hetzner zu nutzen; Daten können dabei in mehreren Regionen verarbeitet werden. Für Übermittlungen aus der Schweiz nennt der Anbieter geeignete Garantien einschliesslich Standardvertragsklauseln. Für das MDS-Formular ist bei Web3Forms eine Aufbewahrungsfrist von 30 Tagen für Einsendungen eingestellt; nach Ablauf dieser Frist löscht Web3Forms die Einsendungen gemäss der konfigurierten Richtlinie. Für Spam-Schutz können IP- und E-Mail-Daten zudem an Dienste wie CleanTalk oder Akismet übermittelt werden. Bitte übermittle deshalb keine sensiblen oder unnötigen Informationen. 4. Aufbewahrung
MDS bewahrt Nachrichten und Korrespondenz so lange auf, wie dies zur Bearbeitung, für Folgemassnahmen und für allfällige gesetzliche Pflichten erforderlich ist. Für Einsendungen des MDS-Formulars ist bei Web3Forms eine Aufbewahrungsfrist von 30 Tagen eingestellt. Die von MDS per E-Mail empfangene Korrespondenz kann getrennt davon so lange aufbewahrt werden, wie dies zur Bearbeitung, für Folgemassnahmen und für allfällige gesetzliche Pflichten erforderlich ist.
5. Cookies, lokaler Speicher und Tracking
In Version 3.0 sind weder Google Analytics noch Meta Pixel oder andere Werbeprofiling-Tools integriert. Der Browser kann lokalen Speicher verwenden, um die Datenschutz-/Cookie-Auswahl und – nur nach Zustimmung zu Präferenzen – die gewählte Sprache zu speichern. 6. Weitergabe
Daten werden nur an technische Anbieter weitergegeben, soweit dies für Website und Anfragen erforderlich ist, insbesondere an den Hosting-Anbieter Infomaniak sowie Web3Forms und die oben beschriebenen Unterauftragsverarbeiter. MDS verkauft diese Daten nicht zu Werbezwecken.
7. Rechte
Du kannst Auskunft über deine Daten verlangen und, soweit gesetzlich vorgesehen, Berichtigung, Löschung oder Herausgabe verlangen oder bestimmten Bearbeitungen widersprechen. Anfragen können an die oben genannte E-Mail-Adresse gesendet werden.
8. Rechtsrahmen und Änderungen
Diese Erklärung orientiert sich am schweizerischen Datenschutzgesetz (DSG) und der Datenschutzverordnung. Je nach internationalem Kontext können zusätzliche Vorschriften gelten. Die Erklärung wird angepasst, wenn sich Datenbearbeitungen oder eingesetzte Dienste ändern.

2. Data processed and purposes
During a normal visit, the hosting server may generate technical and security data such as IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information and similar technical information. This is used to deliver the website, maintain security and stability, and diagnose technical issues.
If you use the contact form, the information you enter is processed: name, email, optional phone number, request type and message. It is used to receive, assess and answer your request and for any technical or commercial follow-up you request.
3. Web3Forms and international transfer
The form uses Web3Forms as a processor for form submissions. Web3Forms states that it operates from India and uses infrastructure and sub-processors including Amazon Web Services, Cloudflare and Hetzner, with data potentially processed in multiple regions. For transfers from Switzerland, the provider states that appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses are used. For the MDS form, Web3Forms is configured with a 30-day retention period for submissions; after that period, Web3Forms deletes the submissions according to the configured policy. MDS retains messages and correspondence for as long as necessary to handle the request, any related follow-up and applicable legal obligations. Web3Forms is configured with a 30-day retention period for MDS form submissions. Correspondence received separately by MDS via email may be retained for as long as necessary to handle the request, related follow-up and applicable legal obligations.
5. Cookies, local storage and tracking
Version 3.0 does not integrate Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or other advertising profiling tools. The browser may use local storage to remember your privacy/cookie choice and, only if you accept preferences, your selected language. See Cookies & Preferences for details.
6. Disclosure to third parties
Data is disclosed only to technical providers required to operate the website and handle requests, particularly the hosting provider Infomaniak and Web3Forms with the sub-processors described above. MDS does not sell this information for advertising purposes.
7. Your rights
You may request information about your personal data and, where provided by applicable law, request correction, deletion or delivery of your data or object to certain processing. Requests can be sent to the email address above.
8. Legal framework and updates
This notice has been prepared with reference to the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and its ordinance. Additional rules may apply in international contexts. The notice is updated when processing activities or services change.
